Management’s responsibility is to support and advise the foundation’s Board of Directors in conducting the business of the foundation. The Managing Director communicates regularly with the foundation’s management board. The focus is on the fulfillment and continued development of the foundation’s purpose, its strategy as well as ensuring the continuity of the foundation.

Trustee of the Founder’s intentions

In their activities, Management and the Management Board see themselves as trustees of the founder’s intentions as expressed in the articles of association and implement them responsibly. They act without selfinterest and avoid conflicts of interest or disclose them voluntarily in the case of doubt. In a report published every year, the foundation provides transparent information about the various grants provided in the previous year, as well as its goals and future strategies.
